Road Test Service (Skill Exam)

Service Description

The road test, known as the Class D Skill Exam, must be scheduled online at onlineservices.dps.mn.gov at a location near the Twin Cities and surrounding suburbs. Please call/text to confirm that the location and time will work for your instructor. Note: You may take the road test without a parent or guardian present, but in order to apply for the driver's license, you must have parent/guardian consent. Application can be made at another time.
